We are a family-run company operating across Ticino since 2011. The company is named after Nikola, our father, who founded it, and today we are the second generation managing it. When a project involves several trades — masons, electricians, plumbers, outdoor-furniture installers — the green portion risks being the last considered and the first to slip when timelines tighten. For years we have worked with architects, landscape studios and general contractors across Ticino as the green specialist for execution and follow-on maintenance, slotting into an already-defined site calendar.
We accept executive drawings (CAD, PDF) and produce a quote without requiring an initial site visit when dimensions are complete; the visit then validates the quote before signing. We document phases with photos useful to the works management and keep scope explicit from the start, separating included items from any change-order territory. We work on premium residential, B&Bs, lakeside hotels, and occasionally small-commercial.
