What data we collect

We process the following personal data:

• Data submitted through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of the message.
• Technical data collected automatically by the server (log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to respond to quote and contact requests, manage the customer relationship, ensure the security and operation of the site, and improve its content in aggregate form.

Processing is based on pre-contractual and contractual measures (the quote requests) and on our legitimate interest in operating, protecting and promoting the website.

Language saved in your browser

To show you the site in the right language, your browser keeps the language of the last page you visited (an entry called “lang” in the browser’s local storage, for example “it” or “de”). It is not a cookie: it stays on your device, is never sent to our server or to third parties, and contains nothing that identifies you. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings; the site keeps working normally.

Third-party services

The site integrates the following third-party services:

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) for the interactive map on the contact, company and service-area pages. Until you click the map, the page only shows a static image drawn from OpenStreetMap data and served from our own server: no data is sent to Google. Only if you click does your browser connect to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may store their own cookies on your device. Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) applies to this processing.
• Google Business Profile / Google reviews, to show the customer rating and reviews.
• The website hosting service (OVHcloud, servers in Germany), which processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages.
• EmailJS (EmailJS Pte. Ltd.), to deliver the messages sent through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message text pass through its servers in the United States on the way to our mailbox.

Google and EmailJS also process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss Federal Council recognises an adequate level of protection for certified companies. EmailJS relies on standard contractual clauses (Art. 16(2) nFADP).

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with legal retention obligations. Contact requests are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Server log files are kept for 90 days. From them we produce aggregate visit statistics in which the IP address is truncated (the last block is set to zero), so it can no longer be linked to an individual visitor; these statistics are kept for up to 12 months.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Communications with the site take place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version published on this page applies.

Your rights

Within the limits of applicable law, you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy;
• request its correction or deletion;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw any consent given at any time;
• lodge a report with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
