What data we collect

We process the following personal data:

• Data submitted through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of the message.
• Technical data collected automatically by the server (log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system.
• Usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools, where consented (see the dedicated section).

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to respond to quote and contact requests, manage the customer relationship, ensure the security and operation of the site, and improve its content in aggregate form.

Processing is based on the user’s consent, on pre-contractual and contractual measures, and on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

Cookies and analytics tools

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyse page usage statistically. These tools may set cookies and transmit data to Google servers. The IP address is processed in truncated/anonymised form where possible.

Analytics tools are activated only after the user’s consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and configure your browser to reject cookies.

Third-party services

The site integrates the following third-party services:

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) to display the map on the contact and company pages.
• Google Business Profile / Google reviews, to show the customer rating and reviews.
• The website hosting service, which processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages.

These providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA; in such cases we apply appropriate safeguards in line with the nFADP.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with legal retention obligations. Contact requests are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Communications with the site take place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version published on this page applies.

Your rights
